Floron 40 mg per g voor varkens is a wide spectrum antibiotic effective against most gram positive and gram negative bacteria. It is used specially in treatment of respiratory and enteric infections of poultry caused by E.coli and other strains being sensitive to Floron 40 mg per g voor varkens.
Floron 40 mg per g voor varkens dosage
Floron 40 mg per g voor varkens™ should be administered once by subcutaneous injection at a dose rate of 40 mg Floron 40 mg per g voor varkens/kg body weight (6 mL/100 lb). Do not administer more than 15 mL at each site. The injection should be given only in the neck. Injection sites other than the neck have not been evaluated.

In addition, anaphylaxis and collapse have been reported post-approval with the use of another formulation of Floron 40 mg per g voor varkens in cattle.

Floron 40 mg per g voor varkens should not be given to laying hens the eggs of which, are intended for human consumption.
