Capsule: Adult and Children ≥12 years: 1 capsule. Forte Suspension: Adult and Children ≥12 years: 5 mL (1 tsp). 100 mg/5 mL Pediatric Suspension: Children 8-12 years: 15 mL (3 tsp), 4-7 years: 10 mL (2 tsp), 2-3 years: 5 mL (1 tsp). 200 mg/5 mL Pediatric Suspension: Children 8-12 years: 7.5 mL, 4-7 years: 5 mL, 2-3 years: 2.5 mL.
