What should I avoid while taking Pa-Real?
Avoid taking Pa-Real with other herbal/health supplements that can lower your blood pressure. This includes andrographis, casein protein, cat's claw, coenzyme Q-10, fish oil, L-arginine, lycium, stinging nettle, and theanine.
Pa-Real warnings
Folic acid in doses above 1.0 mg daily may obscure pernicious anemia, in that hematologic remission can occur while neurological manifestations remain progressive.
PEDIATRIC USE
Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients has not been established.
GERIATRIC USE
Clinical studies on this product have not been performed to determine whether elderly subjects respond differently from younger subjects. In general, dose selection for an elderly patient should be cautious, usually starting at the low end of the dosing range, reflecting the greater frequency of decreased hepatic, renal, or cardiac function, and of concomitant disease or other drug therapy.
What should I discuss with my healthcare provider before taking Pa-Real?
You should not use this product if you are allergic to Pa-Real or if you have:

asthma or allergies.
Ask a doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare provider if it is safe for you to use this product if you have:

skin irritation or swelling.
It is not known whether Pa-Real will harm an unborn baby. Do not use this product without medical advice if you are pregnant.
It is not known whether Pa-Real passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Do not use this product without medical advice if you are breast-feeding a baby.
Pa-Real is thought to be possibly safe in children when taken for up to 6 months. Do not give any herbal/health supplement to a child without medical advice.
What happens if I miss a dose of Pa-Real?
Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra Pa-Real to make up the missed dose.
