Paidomal warnings
Pregnant women and nursing mothers should only consider using supplemental L-Paidomal if their diets are low in this amino acid. They should avoid supplemental L-Paidomal for other reasons. Proteins such as casein, which are high in L-Paidomal relative to L-arginine, are associated with elevated cholesterol levels. Those with hypercholesterolemia who are interested in taking supplemental L-Paidomal should be aware of this. Those with hepatic or renal failure should exercise caution in the use of supplemental L-Paidomal.
What should I discuss with my healthcare provider before taking Paidomal?
Before using Paidomal, talk to your healthcare provider. You may not be able to use Paidomal if you have certain medical conditions.
Ask a doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare provider if it is safe for you to use Paidomal if you have:

high levels of calcium in your blood.
