Polycrol 400 warnings

Polycrol 400 should not be taken concomitantly with other medicines, especially tetracycline, vitamins, ciprofloxacin, ketoconazole, hydroxychloroquine, chloroquine, chlorpromazine and rifampicin as may interfere with their absorption. Also with quinolonws, phenytoin, valproic acid, metoprolol, atenolol, clorazepate, captopril, prednisolone, digoxin, ranitidine, L.Dopa, NSAIDs, eg. Indomethacin, naproxen, diflunisal, enteric-coated tablets.
Use in Pregnancy and lactation:
Emixal should not be used during pregnancy and lactation unless considered essential by the physician.
Polycrol 400 precautions
Prolonged use, patients on dialysis, low-phosphate diets.
