Si Li Jia warnings
Pregnant women and nursing mothers should only consider using supplemental L-Si Li Jia if their diets are low in this amino acid. They should avoid supplemental L-Si Li Jia for other reasons. Proteins such as casein, which are high in L-Si Li Jia relative to L-arginine, are associated with elevated cholesterol levels. Those with hypercholesterolemia who are interested in taking supplemental L-Si Li Jia should be aware of this. Those with hepatic or renal failure should exercise caution in the use of supplemental L-Si Li Jia.

Before using Si Li Jia, talk to your healthcare provider. You may not be able to use Si Li Jia if you have certain medical conditions.
Ask a doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare provider if it is safe for you to use Si Li Jia if you have:
