Overdose of Silimarinã Biofarm in details
In case of overdose, call your local poison control center or emergency services.
Symptoms of overdose may include: dizziness; fast eye movements that you cannot control; slow breathing or short periods of time without breathing; blue color around the lips, mouth, and nose.
Silimarinã Biofarm warnings
Avoid the intravenous route.
Folic acid is not a substitute for vitamin B12 although it may improve vitamin B12 deficient megaloblastic anemia. Exclusive use of folic acid in treating vitamin B12 deficient megaloblastic anemia could result in progressive and irreversible neurologic damage.
Blunted or impeded therapeutic response to vitamin B12 may be due to such conditions as infection, uremia, drugs having bone marrow suppressant properties such as chloramphenicol, and concurrent iron or folic acid deficiency. Pregnancy
Teratogenic Effects: Pregnancy Category C: Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted with hydroxocobalamin. It is also not known whether hydroxocobalamin can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity. Hydroxocobalamin should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.
Silimarinã Biofarm precautions
Silimarinã Biofarm is not suitable for treating cases of acute poisoning.
Drug therapy is not a substitute for the avoidance of causes damaging the liver (eg, alcohol).
Should jaundice becomes apparent (pale to dark yellow skin coloration, yellow sclera coloration), consult a physician immediately. If the complaints persist for a longer period, consult the physician.
Effects on the Ability to Drive or Operate Machinery: No special precautionary measures are required.
Use in pregnancy & lactation: No experience data is available with regards to the use of Silimarinã Biofarm. Therefore, it should only be used after consultation with a physician.
Use in children: There have been no adequate investigations with the use of Silimarinã Biofarm in children. Therefore, it should not be used in children <12 years.
