Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted. Manganese (Bioprotect) crosses the placenta and can be detected in placental tissue and cord blood (Osada, 2002).

Pregnancy of Selenium (Bioprotect) in details

Selenium sulfide topical has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA. Animal reproductive studies have not been conducted. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. The manufacturer of Selseb shampoo has stated that their product should not be used by pregnant women.

Selenium (Bioprotect) breastfeeding

There are no data on the excretion of selenium sulfide topical into human milk. Because many drugs are secreted in human milk, caution is recommended if selenium sulfide topical is to be used by a nursing woman.

Pregnancy of Vitamin C (Bioprotect) in details

Atenolol crosses the placental barrier, so use during pregnancy is only possible if the intended benefits to the mother justifies potential risk to the fetus.

Vitamin C (Bioprotect) Corona Remedies is excreted in breast milk, so if you need to use during lactation is recommended to stop breastfeeding.

Vitamin E (Bioprotect) has been assigned to pregnancy category A by the FDA when used in doses that are advocated by the FDA. Doses exceeding the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) have been assigned to pregnancy category C. Animal studies have not been reported. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Vitamin E (Bioprotect) is only recommended for use during pregnancy if clearly needed and then only when benefit outweighs risk.

Vitamin E (Bioprotect) is excreted into human milk. Adverse effects of the nursing infant are unknown. Maternal supplementation is recommended only if the diet does not provide sufficient Vitamin E (Bioprotect) to meet the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) during lactation.
