Pregnancy of Provid in details

The manufacturer recommends that pregnant women consult with their physicians before initiating treatment with Provid.
Provid has not been formally assigned to a pregnancy category by the FDA. Animal studies have failed to reveal evidence of fetal harm. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Provid is only recommended for use during pregnancy when benefit outweighs risk. Briggs, et al has assigned Risk Factor C to Provid.
