Polyzyme indications

To relieve symptoms of poor digestion such as flatulence, abdominal spasms, bowel disturbances, etc. which arise in such conditions as:

Chronic gastritis, chronic pancreatitis, chronic biliary disorders.

Nervous indigestion.

Dietary indiscretion.

In older patients where secretion of digestive enzymes becomes decreased.

Post-cholecystectomy syndrome, post-gasterctomy,post-surgical interference of the intestine, and post-enteritis.

Polyzyme description

Each capsule contains Fungal diastase (Polyzyme) (1:1200) derived from Aspergillus oryzae 50 mg (digests not less than 60 g of cooked starch), Pepsin (Polyzyme) 10 mg (digests not less than 30 g of coagulated egg albumin) and dried yeast IP 85 100 mg.

Polyzyme dosage

Adult: 5ml immediately after meals;

Child: 2.5ml immediately after meals or as reqd.
