Leritine description

Leritine is a synthetic opioid and strong analgesic medication. It is a narcotic pain reliever used to treat moderate to severe pain. Narcotic analgesics act in the central nervous system (CNS) to relieve pain. Some of their side effects are also caused by actions in the CNS.

Leritine interactions

Caution should be observed when Leritine is coadministered with other opioids, sedatives, phenothiazines, or anesthetics, as these agents may increase respiratory and circulatory depression.

Leritine contraindications

Leritine is contraindicated in the presence of respiratory depression. It should not be used when respiratory failure is a possibility (head injury or brain tumor). In addition, the use of Leritine is contraindicated when there is a known hypersensitivity to the drug or any of the nonmedicinal ingredients of the preparations.
